Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not adequately soundproofed, but having two adjoining rooms with separate bathrooms was convenient. When I returned from a day out, my room at the hotel wasn't ready by 1.30 pm, which was a bit disappointing as I wanted to relax with a coffee and a cat nap. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated with light-colored furniture, and had a full refrigerator and microwave, making it very comfortable. However, the service, while very polite and attentive, could benefit from some more adult supervision and training. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Maya Shopping Centre, although a bit far from it. The dining experience was great with a variety of delicious options available, from Thai dishes to omelets made at the egg station. Overall, the facilities were good, but could use some improvement in certain areas.
The rooms were much bigger than standard and very clean, although the connecting door wasn't soundproof. The common areas needed more attention, but my room was comfortable and spotless.
