Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not adequately soundproofed, but having two adjoining rooms with separate bathrooms was convenient. The room itself felt a bit dark due to the small window. The service was friendly and helpful, although some staff members could benefit from extra training. The location was noisy but convenient, near public transportation and shopping centers. The dining options were chaotic and of mediocre quality. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

When I returned from a day out, my room at the hotel wasn't ready by 1.30 pm, which was a bit disappointing as I wanted to relax with a coffee and a cat nap. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated with light-colored furniture, and had a full refrigerator and microwave, making it very comfortable. However, the service, while very polite and attentive, could benefit from some more adult supervision and training. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Maya Shopping Centre, although a bit far from it. The dining experience was great with a variety of delicious options available, from Thai dishes to omelets made at the egg station. Overall, the facilities were good, but could use some improvement in certain areas.
